Piston Valve
KL Piston Valve is
basically Seat less and Glandless valve. The Sealing rings are the heart of the
valves. They are made of KXGT , KXGT consists of graphite and tanged stainless
steel between each layer of graphite.
The Klinger Piston valve works on the principle of Resilient rings in conjunction with a Metallic Stainless Steel Piston, that moves vertically between the rings. The shut off assembly consists of piston, two valve rings and a metal lantern bush. This sealing system gives a bubble tight shut off, equivalent to Class VI leak standards.
Application:
Critical and hazardous
media, Steam, Thermic Fluid, Acids, Gases, VACUUM.
